Airfield Trucking (“Airfield Trucking”, “ATS”, “we”, “us”) is an asset-based carrier based in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through the enquiries and applications we receive from shippers, freight brokers and prospective drivers. It applies to information collected on this site; separate arrangements may govern information exchanged once we are working together on a load.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and to do our job. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Information you submit through our forms — through our quote, contact and driver-application forms, including your name, company name and contact details (email and telephone);
• Shipment and lane details — origin and destination, equipment type, commodity, weight, pickup and delivery dates and any other load information you choose to share so we can quote and book your freight;
• Driver details — where you apply to drive for us, the licensing, experience and contact information needed to assess your application;
• Standard server logs — limited technical information automatically recorded when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• quote, book and manage freight, and arrange dispatch, transit and delivery;
• respond to your enquiries and stay in contact about a load or a request;
• assess driver applications and follow up with applicants;
• keep our website and operations secure and reliable.

We do not use the information submitted through this website for advertising, and we do not send marketing based on it.

When you complete and submit one of our forms, you consent to our using the information for the purpose for which you provided it — to quote and arrange freight, to answer your enquiry, or to consider your driver application. How form submissions are handled

Submissions from the quote, contact and driver-application forms on this site are transmitted to us by email through a third-party form-processing service, Web3Forms, which acts as a service provider that delivers the contents of your submission to our inbox. This service is used to relay your message to us; it is not used for advertising or to build a marketing profile. Information you submit is then handled by our team as described in this policy.

When we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where it is needed to provide the service you have asked for or to meet a legal requirement, including to:

• service providers who help us operate — for example our IT, communications and form-processing providers — who may access information only as needed to provide their service to us;
• insurers, in connection with cargo, liability or a claim;
• customs and border authorities and other government bodies, where required to clear freight across the border or to comply with the law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal, tax and business-record obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or destroy it.
