We are hiring company drivers and owner-operators for reefer, flatbed and step-deck work — cross-border on the U.S.–Canada corridor and domestic across Canada. Late-model equipment, steady lanes and a dispatcher who treats you like a professional.
Airfield Trucking is an asset-based carrier out of Bolton, Ontario. That means you are driving our equipment, on our lanes, dispatched by people who work for the same company you do — not chasing loads down a chain of brokers. We run reefer, flatbed and step deck, cross-border and domestic.
We keep the trucks late-model and maintained, the lanes consistent, and the dispatch respectful. When you call in, someone picks up. When something goes wrong on the road, you are not on your own. The job is hard enough without the carrier making it harder.

What We’re Looking For
The basics for a seat at Airfield.

AZ licence or CDL-A
A valid Ontario AZ licence or a U.S. CDL-A in good standing, depending on where you are based.
Verifiable experience
Real, checkable tractor-trailer experience — reefer, flatbed or step deck a strong plus.
Clean abstract & CVOR
A clean driver’s abstract and CVOR (or U.S. equivalent). Safety record matters here.
Able to cross the border
Eligible and willing to run the U.S.–Canada border. FAST card an asset, or we will help you get there.
TDG / endorsements an asset
TDG training and additional endorsements are a plus, not a requirement.
The right attitude
On time, safe, communicative, and treats every load like it is high-value. That is the whole job.
