Our commitment

We want every shipper, broker and driver to be able to find our information and contact us without barriers. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain this site, not a one-time exercise.

The standard we aim to meet

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards for web content. We use these guidelines to inform our design and our ongoing improvements.

What we have done

Measures we have built into this website include:

• Semantic HTML — pages are structured with proper headings, landmarks and lists so assistive technology can read them in a logical order;
• Keyboard-operable navigation — the site can be navigated and used with a keyboard, not only a mouse;
• Sufficient colour contrast — text and key elements are designed to stand out clearly against their backgrounds;
• Descriptive text alternatives — meaningful images carry alternative text, and form fields have clear, associated labels;
• Respect for motion preferences — the site honours the “reduce motion” setting in your browser or device and limits animation accordingly;
• Responsive, zoomable layout — pages adapt to different screen sizes and remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an area of continuous improvement, and some parts of the site may not yet fully meet our target. In particular, the presentation of some third-party content or downloadable documents such as PDFs may vary and may be less accessible than the rest of the site. We work to identify and address these areas over time. If you encounter a problem, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize.
